This class, which we’ve released in full below, is a program designed for emotional and spiritual rejuvenation. Use it to raise your tonal, engage your Sixth Sense, and create a more positive self-image while healing and mending your heart and spirit.

Four Day Intensives Itinerary

Watch the full training above before proceeding. Below is the regiment as given to the attendees of the intensives at the Higher Balance Retreat Center. You should adapt your practice to your own times and how many exercises you can reasonably fit into each session. One or two is fine. You are not expected to follow this itinerary exactly as it is layed out here. Instead, consider this a rough guideline. One option is to get a dice, assign a number to each technique, then roll the dice to help you decide which ones to do for the day. 
 
 
Round 1: 7 AM – 8 AM
  • Stretch
  • ​​​​Pinhole breathing
  • Energy breathing – release emotions
  • Feel/assimilate the environment

  • Brain wiggle

Round 2: 9 AM – 10 AM
  • Find your spot
  • Foundation Meditation
  • Practice seeing the aura on someone you don’t know well
  • Prana breathing
  • Tones meditation

Round 3: 11 AM – 12 PM
  • Gratitude: Think of three things you are grateful for
  • Find one or two issues bothering you that you can work on surrendering
  • Sword cutting

Round 4: 1 PM to 2 PM
Choose one or two exercises.
  • Energy Movements: in the pool or in the house
  • Track sounds
  • Hand Technique: Feel your hand or Eric’s hand an inch away from your chest, thigh, head or problem area (20 Minutes)
  • Sit across from one another 9 Never the same person)
  • Look at the other persons aura, then close your eyes and see their aura expanding and merging with yours.
  • Send and receive white cell love to one another
  • If you have time left over, sit and reflect

Round 5: 3 PM – 4 PM
  • Quick onion peeling and breathing
  • Observe yourself: See yourself laughing, cry intensely, love yourself intensely, feel despair and loneliness: then feel strong, powerful, leadership and direction, empowered, and accepting of who you are..
  • Positive + negative + positive + negative + positive = distillation
  • See the parts of yourself that you don’t like and send love to that part of yourself
  • Do the same to the part you like about yourself

 

Skin peeling
Sit in a half-lotus or a chair.
  • First, look up basic human anatomy on Google.
  • Onion peeling
  • Slowly and meticulously, envision a laser-like incision around your whole body and slowly peel your skin off. See all of the tissues, nerves, and muscles move off of your yourself.
