Introducing Awareness Challenges
Do you want to receive periodic awareness reminders via text messaging? We use this sparingly, but once in a while, we send our participants awareness dings with short spiritual challenges. The exercises usually take between 2 to 5 minutes max. Some messages will include a link to a short video tutorial that explains the technique. Best of all, it’s completely free!
Examples Include:
- Think about the prana in the air, breath it in…
- Contemplate the vastness of the universe
- Do the brain wiggle (pineal gland wiggle) for 5 minutes (Link to explanation included)
- Have you meditated today? Friendly reminder
- Take a 5-minute power break to clear your mind and focus on your heart chakra/mind chakra or chi chakra
- Stop what you are doing for 2 minutes and do 3 prana pull ups. (Link to video teaching prana pull-ups technique)
- Look at your hand, you’re dreaming
- Etc.
This is completely optional and totally free. Messages are sent on average no greater than once per week. You may unsubscribe to awareness reminders at any time. (But in case you’re wondering, all the cool kids are in fact doing it ;))
As good as I feel when I am on my A game spiritually, I have to admit there are times where I get caught up in the commotion of life and I start to slack on my practice. Ironically, this is always when the drama seems to start. Once I get back to my meditations, all that was chaotic quickly begins coming back into order and things start working out MUUUCH smoother. The Awareness reminders are AWESOME! The timing of the last 3 could not have come at a more perfect timing. Long story but I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am that you guys are doing this, amongst everything else you do. Who’s idea was this anyway? It’s brilliant!
